We may collect personal information that you provide voluntarily when you contact us or submit an accommodation enquiry through our website.

When you submit an enquiry through almyraliving.com, the information entered into the form is transmitted to Almyra Living so that we can respond to your request.
The website uses email delivery technology to ensure that messages generated by the website are delivered reliably.
For this purpose, we use WP Mail SMTP, a WordPress email delivery plugin, together with Google’s Gmail / Google Workspace services.
- WP Mail SMTP and Google User Data
Almyra Living uses WP Mail SMTP to send emails generated by the website through an authorised Google or Google Workspace account.
WP Mail SMTP uses Google’s OAuth 2.0 authentication system and the Gmail API to establish this connection securely without requiring the website to store the password of the connected Google account.
The Google account connected to WP Mail SMTP is an account authorised for the operation of the Almyra Living website. Website visitors are not required to connect their Google accounts, and submitting an enquiry through Almyra Living does not provide us with access to the visitor’s Gmail account.
Google Data Accessed
Depending on the WP Mail SMTP configuration, the Google integration may access or process limited Google account data and permissions required for email delivery.
WP Mail SMTP’s Google/Gmail integration may use the following Google permissions:
Gmail API – gmail.send
This permission allows WP Mail SMTP to send emails generated by the Almyra Living WordPress website using the connected Google account.
Google Userinfo Email – userinfo.email
This permission allows the connected Google account’s email address to be identified and displayed within the WP Mail SMTP configuration so that the website administrator can identify which Google account is connected.
OAuth authentication information, including access or refresh tokens, may also be processed as necessary to maintain the authorised connection between the website, WP Mail SMTP and Google.
Email information necessary to deliver a message, including recipients, sender information, subject, headers and message content, may be transmitted through the Gmail API when an email is sent by the website.
- How We Use Google User Data
Google user data accessed through the integration is used only as necessary to provide and maintain the email functionality of the Almyra Living website.
In particular, it is used to authenticate the authorised Google account, identify the connected sending account, authorise email transmission and send website-generated email messages.
Almyra Living does not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs for advertising, targeted advertising, profiling, credit assessment, data brokerage or unrelated commercial purposes.
Almyra Living does not sell Google user data.
Google Workspace APIs are not used by Almyra Living to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
- Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use
Almyra Living’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access to Google user data is limited to the functionality required to operate the website’s email delivery system.
We do not use information obtained through Google APIs for purposes unrelated to this functionality.
- Sharing and Disclosure of Google User Data
We do not sell, rent or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, data brokerage or other unrelated purposes.
Google user data may be processed by service providers only where this is necessary to provide the email functionality, maintain the website, provide authorised technical support, protect the security of the service or comply with applicable law.
WP Mail SMTP is developed by WPForms LLC. Where its Google/Gmail functionality is used, WP Mail SMTP may process information relating to the connected Google account in accordance with its own privacy practices and Google’s applicable API policies.
Google itself processes information in connection with Gmail, Google Workspace, Google APIs and OAuth authentication in accordance with Google’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
- Storage and Retention of Google User Data
Google authentication information is retained only for as long as necessary to maintain the authorised Google connection used for the website’s email delivery functionality.
OAuth authorisation can be revoked, and the Google account can be disconnected from WP Mail SMTP. When the connection is removed or authorisation is revoked, the website will no longer be able to use that authorisation to send email through the connected Google account.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to enquiries, managing reservations, maintaining business records and complying with accounting, tax, legal or regulatory obligations.
When information is no longer required for these purposes, it will be deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of where reasonably practicable.
- Revoking Google Access and Requesting Deletion
The owner of a Google account connected to the Almyra Living website may revoke the application’s Google access through their Google Account security and third-party access settings.
